About Me
Hey!
I'd love to welcome you in Scotland! I love getting to know new people and I'm always up for a new adventure!
My biggest passion is nature/wildlife and I'm currently doing a PhD in that field.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I look forward to welcoming you at my wee cottage in Perthshire :)
I work as a walking tour guide in Scotland and would love to show/recommend you the most beautiful spots in this country for walks, nature and wildlife.
I'd also love to meet couchsurfers on events, outings, daytrips, travels or when surfing couches :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I enjoy travelling (as probably everyone on here ;)) but more so I love living abroad and experiecing other cultures by being integrated into the communities. CS makes it very easy to get in contact with locals which I have been enjoying a lot in the past.
I started "couchsurfing" in October 2009 with a friend who had been couchsurfing for a long time. We spontaneously decided to go on holidays to Southern Germany which is when she introduced couchsurfing to me. My 1st couchsurfing experience was 1 of my best and I'll never forget it!
I then started to couchsurf on my own.
I've only made very good experiences so far really! I met soo many great people and always had a good time with my hosts/surfers! I'm still in contact with most of them.
It seems as you've already got FRIENDS ALL AROUND THE WORLD!
