About Me

I'm am a 28 yo Argentinian eager to learn about cultures and expand myself.
I'm cheerful, positive (quite a character, according to my friends) and polite person, clean and tidy, love to socialise but also respect other people's space and silence. I'm easy-going, open-minded, LGBTQ friendly, love yoga, music, good food, good friends, a good laugh and good chats. I love art and creativity and talking about philosophy, spirituality and/or anything that helps opening my mind to other viewpoints and idiosyncrasies. I'm eco-conscious, pet-friendly and enjoy spending time in nature. I love a good chat over a tea (or mate, our traditional argentinian tea). I don't smoke but I'm ok with people that do.

Philosophy
Know thyself
Go the extra mile
Karma
Speak truth with love and consideration, even though it's harsh or doesn't agree with the listener
Polish yourself and you'll shine
Yoga: Breathe when it's challenging
Attention to detail, self governance, self driven
Laughter is medicine
Let the food be the medicine and the medicine be the food
Respect all forms of life
Detachment
Tame the ego
Truth seeker
Love generously, trust cautiously
Friends and loved ones
Share knowledge, life experiences
The more awakened, the merrier

What I plan to do in NZ (open for changes, always!):
I recently come from living 2 years in Australia. I traveled to India to study yoga and Ayurveda and would love to work with that once I get to NZ, find a band to play in and keep on learning circus skills.

Where I've lived recently:
In Australia I lived in Brisbane most of the time. I settled in the outskirts of Brisbane in a lovely community-minded neighbourhood called West End. I lived there for 7 months in 2017 then went to do the farm job in NSW and stayed in a share house in Lismore and then went back to Brisbane after finishing the days in the farm, as Brisbane was more interesting and more cultural things happen there (doing regular trips to the beach and other natural spots though!). I left Australia on April 2019 then to India to learn yoga.
All the references of the places I've lived in are available!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently looking for a nice place to stay in New Zealand. I want to stay in Auckland and would like to find a band I can play with (don't worry, rehearsals would be outside home! hehe). Keen to know the local culture and make a nice group of friends.

Interests

I'm learning guitar (slowly but surely), circus skills and acro yoga.
