About Me

Hello everybody, Brenda here!

I consider myself an enthusiastic, happy person with good vibes.
I was born and raised in Mexico City and been living in Montreal, Canada since 2008.
This allowed me to be fluent in Spanish, English and French! I'm currently taking Japanese classes too.
Montreal is a city full of diversity, many different ethnicities. This has helped me to develop an interest for traveling, learning about other countries, their people, way of living, manners, food, etc.

I'm looking forward to meeting new people along the way of me travelling!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently discovered Couchsurfing. My partner and I will be travelling to Japan and (possibly) Turkey in 2024-2025, so I thought this was a great way to start preparing for it as I want to use CS since I find is an amazing way to share cultures with one another all while travelling!

I also would like to host one day when I'll have my own house! hopefully soon!

Music, Movies, and Books

I honestly like all sorts of music, from latin, to jazz, to hip-hop, etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share about our cultures and life experiences. Exchange languages. I like to talk pretty much about everything, but if I encounter hosts that are less talkative that's totally fine too! Respecting and understanding each other's boundaries is key!
