我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My first travels away from home - taking a small train through orange groves in Majorca... working on a farm in the beautiful rainy midlands of Norway, travelling to the very north of Sweden to spend time with the Sami in the land of the midnight sun, moving to London for to change from being a classical musician to training as a baker! Coming home to my lovely Dublin to appreciate it all over again :)

I love cooking! I would to learn recipes from different parts of the world. I am happy to pass on any baking or cooking skills! I worked as a piano teacher for several years, so can teach this too... in return I love to learn new songs or instruments :)
