About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Honestly just on a spiritual quest and want to spend my life volunteering and traveling the world, caring for people. Escape the American "human doing" way of life and work on a "human being" style of life.

ABOUT ME

When I set my mind to something I move mountains to make it a reality. I work hard and believe anything is possible. I've overcome some very hard life situations and have turned them into ways of helping others. I care deeply about people and would give all of my time and energy in taking care of others, but am learning how to take care of myself in the process.

PHILOSOPHY

Constantly evolving.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I guess by trying this out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was fortunate enough to stay with a CS in Lima who took me to swim in the Pacific Ocean at sunset. The waves were too big for a surfing lesson, so I guess I will still need to learn.

I met an amazing CS in Iquitos, we shared great conversations, laughs, a motorcycle ride in the rain, and really got to explore places in his hometown that he hadn't even been to. I love when people visit me because it gets me out of my routine and gives me a reason to see why my home is so wonderful.

I am excited to have no agenda but to learn and explore.

Interests

Nature. I would never go inside if I didn't have to. I love to explore, study as religious beliefs and spirituality of every culture, share deep conversations on life, spirituality, the human condition, ways to contribute to helping the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Paulo Coehlo books currently. Ramana Maharshi, OSHO. Anything spiritual, philosophy, healing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A moment in Rishikesh India on the Ganga during an evening Satsung and Aarti when I looked around at people I didn't know yet, hearing songs in a language I barely understood a word of, half a country away from where I lived. Looking up at the stars I was overwhelmed by a feeling of "home", and in that moment I knew that no matter where I go in this world, I will always be home.

Consistently awestruck as I paddleboard here in the Florida Keys and share my energy with the Sea Turtles, Eagle Rays, Dolphins, the ocean and all that dwell within.

Teach, Learn, Share

I just completed a TESOL program and want to help others learn English while learning other languages. Reiki. Conversation. Sharing my experiences and learning new cultures and ways of life. I also love to cook.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Time, home, experience, food, meditation, reiki, trekking.
