Hi, I am Brendan

I am a Canadian traveller who is eager to see new places.

I graduated with a degree in Sports Management and subsequently taught in South Korea and did a fair amount of backpacking through Europe, Asia and South America.

I came back to a job in Marketing and decided after two years to travel again when my contract was finished. It feels great to hit the road again and explore new countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am trying out couch surfing as a new avenue to travel because I have friends that have had great experiences with it.

It seems to be a great way to meet new, like minded people as well as get the local feel to a new place which is the best way to do it!
