About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To not be depressed about being back in the real world after an epic adventure!
ABOUT ME
Hmmm tricky, I guess Brendan is calm and quiet, while Wendy is loud and in a semi-permanent state of excitement. Somehow we co-exist.
From December 2010 until September 2011 we were backpacking through the US, Central and South America and Europe. Now, we are back in the real world, attempting to make enough money to escape again...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We want to meet new people and learn from their experiences. In Australia we like to host - we think it's important to look after others particularly if they are travelling in a foreign country - it's always nice to have local friends and Couchsurfing is a great way to make some. We also love that Couchsurfing is a way to be accepted into a 'family' when you are so far from your own.
While we are travelling we hope to meet some amazing people and use their local knowledge to make our trip truly memorable.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We have surfed a few couches on our travels and love to host in Australia.
