Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people whilst travelling, particularly locals. Also couchsurfing is super cheap, that too. :P

Interests

I'm a big music fan and really into outdoor activities such as trekking, camping etc. Travelling is something I'm very passionate about and I love seeing new places and meeting new people. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll listen to virtually anything but I have a particular soft spot for electronic music. I'm a big film and book nerd and while I do prefer plot heavy stuff I'm certainly not above a good mind numbing action movie from time to time. As for books, again virtually anything but I was raised on a steady diet of Tolkien so fantasy would probably be my favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to Japan after graduating from school to teach English for a year. This was my first real experience of travelling by myself and what sparked my interest in travel.

...Also once as I child I stuck my hand into a light socket to see if it would give me super powers, the results were less than spectacular but I didn't die which I consider an amazing result.
