Things which are genuinely unique to certain environments catch my attention. I love my field of work because it allows me to meet the best and worst types of people, as well as see the best and worst things about the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most dramatic experience I have been through was helping in the relief of Japan immediately following the 2011 Earthquake/Tsunami. I was on-board a military tanker which left port a mere two hours prior to the event. Aiding the US Navy in restoring power and delivering relief supplies to the coastal populations was a once in a lifetime experience.
