**Im getting hit with a lot of last minute requests at the moment. I dont mind but i give preference to people who actually give me some notice or at least make some attempt to get to know me.

Im a 33 year old guy who lives about 30 mins out of the city in a little 2 bed unit on my own. Love living alone but also love meeting new people!
I have a spare room and a pool, gym, spa and sauna in the complex too.
I used to be a chef and love to cook and im also a big sports and movie fan!
My favourite team are the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the Rugby League, they are part owned by Russell Crowe who you have probably seem wearing our stuff!

Ive had a couple of nice people come stay, but i did have 2 people stay who left a huge mess, ate my food, drank my alcohol and didnt even leave me a reference!
