CURRENT MISSION

Currently spending 2 years cycling around the world from Alaska to Argentina and then the length of Africa and Europe

ABOUT ME

I am a fun and outgoing person who enjoys travelling and meeting new people. I am currently on a 2 year journey in which I will cycle the length of the Americas from Alaska to Argentina and then return home to Ireland from Cape Town via the length of Africa and Europe.

I enjoy outdoor activities as well as just chilling and taking in the atmosphere of the places I am traveling through. I love getting to know people and believe a journey is made great by the people you meet and not the places you see.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the world is an amazing place, from my limited travels I have caught the bug to see as much of it as I can. I believe that it is important to get to know people from all over as you will then start to appreciate things that a different from our own life.

I like people who are friendly and respectful and believe that having these qualities and being a hard worker will allow you to enjoy life to the fullest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with some hosts throughout Europe on previous cycle tours and I am looking forward to meeting new people throughout North and South America.

My main interest is currently in travelling by bike, I enjoy reading books about amazing adventures and hope to some day see the places I read about.

I enjoy being active, everything from cycling to hiking and camping. I am open to participate in all interests.

I also enjoy relaxing and chatting with friends, old and new, sitting around over a cup of tea and watching a good film.

I enjoy watching movies, anything really but I love a good comedy including some stand ups. As for music I enjoy most things, my iPod is a strange mix but I enjoy it. I enjoy reading books of travel and adventure, tales of inspiration that allow me to day dream about future adventures.
