About Me

My name is Brenda, I grew up mostly in Australia, where when I was 18 years old at high school my peers voted me the funniest person of the school (about 100 people).

I studied a double degree in engineering and business... on the day I finished my last university class I did my first stand up comedy act and the people laughed, it was great.

Then I was living in Spain for a while... COVID happened.

Now I am back in Melbourne doing an engineering PhD on how we breathing

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

there are cool people all over the world and this is a good way to meet them. Also getting to know places by having a local show you around is much more interesting than doing it with a group of tourists.

Interests

I like learning new things so whatever someone is interested in and likes talking about I like hearing about. Otherwise, I enjoy trying different foods, going to different, odd places, and sport type of activities that don't need too much equipment.
