I'm 34, and my girlfriend Zoe is 29. We've done a little bit of traveling so far, some together and some on our own. We've decided to pack up our lives in to a backpack each and go travel the world for a couple of years. The biggest thing we will miss is our dog, but he is in good hands. We plan on saying YES to every experience or adventure presented to us. We are outgoing, love being outdoors, both of us enjoy exercising/gym. But we also are very partial to a nice gin and tonic or cocktails. We both enjoy watching most sports, particularly NBA. Go Clippers.
We would both love to learn to surf. We live right near the beach but have never tried.

As we are trying to spend a year or 2 traveling, budgeting is crucial, and couch surfing goes a long way towards that. Other than that, what better way is there to meet new people and get their ideas and suggestions on things to do and paces to go.
