Avid traveler with a passion for adventure, wanting to venture beyond my own little corner of the world, experience things outside my comfort zone, and broaden my understanding.

After doing a trip myself and relying on the kindness of other hosts, I am now thrilled to be able to open up my own home in return. (Though I don't get many requests and I live in a inconvenient area for travelers)

I am a big nerd, which also helps to fuel my travel, with a degree in Film Production and vast experience in sewing and art. Other than travel, my greatest passion is cosplay.

I have no issue with people using couchsurfing as a means to affordable travel, and am happy to play a part in helping people travel who cannot financially do so otherwise. But I understand hosts with other perspectives who do not wish to be used like that.
When surfing I try and spend time with my hosts and make plans with them around their schedules so we can have a mutually beneficial experience. But I am also capable of experiencing things on my own and do not necessarily need a tour guide.

I do not drink, do not smoke, eat semi-vegetarian/vegan, fully vaccinated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want a more authentic experience than that of staying in a hotel, I want to see how people really live, and what their homes are like.
Hotels and the such are so isolating. When solo traveling, it's essential to meet people so you don't get lonely.
When traveling I'm looking for experiences, not a vacation.

My favorite bands are Steam Powered Giraffe, Twenty One Pilots, BTS, AJR, Panic! At the disco, Imagine Dragons, etc.

I am huge fantasy/sci-fi nerd.

my favorite movies are Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, Wreck it Ralph, Legend, Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, and so much more.

My favorite book is Eragon.

TV shows: Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gravity Falls, Miraculous Ladybug, Tangled: The Series, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I am an experienced seamstress, I hold a degree in video production and have worked in the tech industry for a bit.
I would be happy to share the skills I have, and would love to learn about your country, language, and how cook new foods.
(I could also teach you how to play Dungeons and Dragons if your interested)
