I am a student, piano teacher, endurance athlete, yoga instructor, leadership coach, and researcher. I love trying new things and being engaged in ongoing learning.

Music has always been a huge part of my life. I enjoy playing the piano and collaborating with other musicians.

I love being active and outdoors. I'm an aspiring endurance athlete and my ideal day will include a mix of running, cycling, yoga and Pilates. On average, I'll run up to 50km a week and ride 200+km a week.

Great conversation! I've recently taken up leadership coaching and I absolutely love being able to interact with people and to have them fulfill on what's most important in their lives. I used to be more independent but I've realized that there is so much to learn from people and the best way to that is through conversation!

Created a running race and walk/run program for Child and Youth Mental Health Week to educate elementary school students in Vancouver to see the benefit of leading an active lifestyle and to have them recognize that the importance of mental health for all people of all ages.
