What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy being hosted and hosting alike. I have a private, quiet guest room in the Charlotte suburbs, 12 minutes from downtown and 3 minutes from the outer belt. Guests are welcome to my (awesome) coffee, private acre of land, local knowledge, and a place at the dinner table when I'm home.
