Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel quite often, I typically don't take vacation or holiday due to the fact that I make every day of my life a holiday! My shoes are my means of transportation, new faces are my best friends, and the road is my home... And hopefully your couch can be my bed as well for a night or two!

Interests

I live a very healthy lifestyle, yoga, healthy food, and exercise on the daily! I'm not much of a preacher, more of a "lead by example" type of guy. I don't mind the way you live, healthy, or ostensibly unhealthy. To some degree, health can be somewhat relative, and I'm simply not one to judging! On the other hand, I love a nice stiff whiskey on the rocks over a deep or intelligent conversation with new friends, thats just healthy for the soul if ya know what I mean!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music, anything new! Its kind of like food for me, Ill try anything once, actually, make that twice! If i don't like it, I simply don't "eat" it again! always maintaining an open mind there, and everywhere for that matter!

Movies, animated! I am truly kid at heart, I love my pixar films such as Wall-E, Toy Story, and Up! I just recently watched one I stumbled across on Netflix called "The Little Prince" which absolutely blew me away! A stunning movie with an incredible message weaved in through out the entire flick! "You'll be miraculous, I know you will!"

Books, travel and adventure, but I think thats a given if your a travel freak such as myself. Any book that depicts the glorious wonders of the world is a book for me, both fiction and non-fiction! Currently have read or reading books by Tomislav Perko, Lois Pryce, Paul Wallice, Hunter S. Thompson, Ishmael Beah, Anthony Keidis, and any other fantastic human beings writing their wonderful adventures of life just for kicks!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my home and everything I cared about to seek out something very special and unique, one of the only things that truly matters to one as an individual person. That would be my true and free self with a purpose that not only matters to me, but all the beautiful people I come into contact with as well. So how did I manage to do this? Well, I packed a back, tied my shoes, and counted the only $200 in my pocket. After that, I bought a one way ticket out of the country and just decided to go and get lost in adventure! Never have I been happier in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I grow and learn to share my experiences and build a positive world all around me. I truly believe optimism can be contagious, kind of like a smile, its hard not to smile back if projected properly. If I can help even just one person a day for the rest of my life, assuming I live for 80 more years, I will have improved the lives of nearly 30,000 people! Now, this may not sound like a lot when it comes to the entire world, but remember what I said about positivity being contagious? I can't do it all alone, so lets change the world together!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have come to find that stories are worth something, the more you have, the more rich and wealthy I feel. The greatest thing about these stories is, unlike the riches of money, they can be divided, multiplied, and duplicated over and over again without limitation. I am here to spread joy, love, and happiness. For you as a host, I will give you the gift of enlightenment. Oh, and ill keep your house clean too!
