I'm a very calm person and hardly anything makes me tick. Although I'm shy at times, I'm a very warm and happy person. I laugh in uncomfortable situations and smile when nervous.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be positive and easy going about everything that happens in life, even when things get hard I try to remind myself that it's only temporary.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Really new to couch surfing, but excited to start attending some CS meetups and surf when I get a chance. Looking forward to hosting once I have my own place.

Interests

I have a tendency to pick up things for a little, get really excited, and then go pick something else up and get really excited about that. I'm not really good at anything, but I've tried a little of everything. Pumpkin carving, wall painting, shoe shining, ukulele playing, improvised cooking, geocaching.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a sucker for offbeat romantic movies like eternal sunshine, her, and submarine. Some other movies that I can watch over and over are trainspotting, clockwork orange, into the wild, and Tarantino.

Chili peppers will always be my favorite band, but I'm into all kinds of music and love hearing new things.

Was never a big reader until recently. Last summer I read all seven harry potters and was a little sad for being late to the party but so glad I did it. Currently trying to read a bunch of palahniuk, but give me recommendations!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach portuguese, math, how to make smoothies, basic guitar chords, and how to eat kiwis. I love learning, teach me anything!
