Overview
About Me
Well, I never know how to describe myself. I moved from a small city to São Paulo 9 years ago, to start the studies in the college. I loved the city and never wanted come back.
When graduated, I worked some years as TV shows producer. It's pretty cool, but now I need some life change, and I’m quitting my job to travel for a while.
Currently I'm moving to live in New Zealand for a 1 year trip, and I intend to visit most of cities of the country. I'm very afraid about that (it's the longest trip of my life, and my English is not so good yet), but I hope it will be the best one. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that the best way to know a new country is meeting the people that live there. Hostels are very cool, where you can meet people from all over the world, but you won't learn much about the local life if you stay only at places like these.
I have my Couchsurfing account since 2008, but I never tried to meet people from the community. During my last trip around Europe I regretted about this, because I visited basically only the touristic places there, instead of living the "real live" of those places.
Interests
I'm interested in many things: travels (obviously), outdoor sports, meet people, talk, books, movies, parties, beers... I don't know exactly how to describe all these things. hahah

The books (or authors) that take me to another places: Tolkien, Philip Pullman, J.K. Rowling, The NeverEnding Story, Stepehn King...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A big travel alone. And I'll do it again.
It may seem trivial for a lot of travellers from Couchsurfing, but before my first travel, it looked the craziest thing that I could do. But I survived, and loved it. haha :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will help with anything around the house that needs to be done, I can talk about anything, teach a bit of portuguese, cook some brazilian desserts, drink some beers, and maybe teach you to make a Yoshi in clay. :P
