Overview
About Me
This is my first solo trip to Europe and I'm excited to meet others and hear their stories!
I have a twin sister, we're super close, and last summer we took a trip to Glacier National Park & Waterton in Canada.
I enjoy the outdoors, and often hike & backpack. I grew up playing piano and guitar (hated practicing when I was young, but now I'm so thankful my mom & dad kept "encouraging" me). Involved in my local church & community.
Used to want to join a marketing agency– got into strategy and advertising– but senior year of college ended up really intrigued with timber engineering. A switch for sure, but I'm excited to be a part of this industry!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing to meet others and hear their stories. I'm a genuine person, and really enjoy listening and meeting others and hearing their perspectives.
I'm fascinated by this world that we get to be a part of, and have a desire to know so much more of it and the lives that it sustains.

Music, Movies, and Books
Throughout college, I've transitioned into more of an appreciation for Ben Howard, Vancouver Sleep Clinic, Novo Amor, James Vincent McMorrow, Gregory Alan Isakov, Oh Wonder...
Grew up listening to M83, St. Lucia, Arcade Fire, Muse, so still certainly.
Most current reads are CJ Mahaney, JI Packer, 9Marks series' Ortlund or Dever, AW Tozer...
I love Wes Anderson films, his camera movement, characters, pace; the Coen Brothers as well.... the color palette and authenticity of Inside Llewyn Davis... so wonderful.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Explored Matanuska Glacier in Alaska with some buddies before shooting a wedding.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn about the way you live in your city.
Happy to share about my background and what life in the Pacific Northwest looks like.
