My wife and I love to travel! We just moved to Estes Park with the hopes of one day fulfilling a God-given dream to have a retreat where people will get away to the mountains and find rest, rejuvenation and healing in the beautiful creation. I've traveled many places on my own before we were married and we hope to go on many adventures. We love meeting new people and hosting people. We enjoy great food, great adventure and great experiences. One of our favorite things to do is to experience and see new things and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are planning an ancestry trip for October-November 2018 and would like to experience local life while traveling. We don't know any specific residence or family members who live where we will be traveling, but we do hope that getting to know some locals will help us connect some dots that we have yet too through our research and family documentation. It is important to us that we make the best use of time while traveling and know that people we may be able to stay with will have some insider information about things to do, places to go and people to meet. We too would love to share our life with others who will come our way for travels!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to share great hikes and places to eat in and around Rocky Mountain National Park. We also know of some great places to simply see while here in Colorado. At this point we don't have a permanent residence, so we will look forward to providing more details once we've settled permanently in the next 6 months.
