I've wanted to travel across the world and finally have the opportunity to do so. Last year I took 72 days of vacation and traveled the world as well as visiting friends located all over the U.S. While at home I invest in real estate and to help keep the neighborhoods looking nice. This profession is allowing me to travel and look for other vacation homes to purchase properties in and couldn't be more thankful. I'm always interested in seeing the different types of markets across the U.S. and hope to expand my business into international markets as well. I now own homes in Michigan and Nashville, TN with the goal to expand into Las Vegas in 2018.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm devoting a year to traveling both throughout the U.S. and into international countries as well. I love to meet locals & learn about the best hidden treasures that a typical tourist would not get to see.

I would love to meet new people in those areas to show me around so that I can get the most out of my visits. I eventually want to purchase real estate in the places I travel so I can give back to other couchsurfers.

Interests

NFL & college football, college basketball, playing soccer, basketball, and beach volleyball. Snowboarding, canoeing, mountain climbing.

I really enjoy landscape photography. I own a few Ansel Adams pictures and hope to create my own someday.

I'm obviously passionate about real estate and getting a different perspective of people's homes, layouts, and different styles throughout the U.S. & International. Anything architectural with a new design is fascinating to me.

It ranges from country to hip hop, but especially love acoustic guitar music. I occasionally write my own poems/songs.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've worked around banking, lending, property taxes, and dealt with servicing mortgages for the past 8 years for every state in the U.S. I have extensive knowledge of ways to purchase property that I can share with anyone who is someday hoping to buy a home that would probably save thousands in the process.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm willing to cook while I visit or take whoever out for a night in the town. The places I'm visiting I've never been so I would love to get out and venture.
