ABOUT ME

Professional clean-cut man who has recently located to the Los Angeles area in order to establish a permanent career in the film music industry as a Composer/Orchestrator/Conductor and Jazz Musician is seeking a committed arrangement exchanging my service(s) for a permanent residence arrangement.

I am a mature, responsible and considerate man in my early 50's who is well educated, non-smoking, non-drinking and absolutely drug free with no pets. I am searching for a stable living environment since I plan on residing in Los Angeles for the duration of my professional life.

I recently lost my mother to terminal lung cancer and I had gladly left my full-time music teaching job at that time and depleted my savings in order to care for and subsidize her cancer treatment(s) for over the past two years. Therefore, I am now living on a extremely limited budget until I establish consistent work here in Los Angeles so this why I am requesting this type of arrangement at this time.

I live a quiet life as an Independent Composer and Musician and since I can make my own hours this would allow me the flexibility to schedule my own working time for your personal and/or professional needs.

Ideally I am hoping for a Bedroom/Guest House/Cottage/Studio space type arrangement if at all possible and I would prefer to locate in an area close to the Major Production Studios. (i.e., Santa Monica, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Studio City, Laurel Canyon, etc...) however, I am not picky in any way and am sincerely grateful for any opportunity that becomes available to me.

PERSONALITY TRAITS AND SERVICE ABILITIES:

* Provide personal assistance (i.e., cooking, errands, shopping, laundry, yard-work, house cleaning...)
* Owned and operated a Landscape Contracting and Maintenance business for 10 years.
* Experience as a Cook at a high-end seafood restaurant in San Diego. ("The Brigantine")
* Operated and driven numerous types of heavy machinery, trucks and cars (i.e., chauffeuring, delivery, etc...)
* Provided private lessons and tutoring in music instruction for over 2 decades.
* Executed property maintenance and tenant management of my parents previously owned rental properties.
* Mac and PC computer proficient with extensive hardware, software knowledge and internet experience.
* Provided private full-time home care assistance for my cancer stricken mother for years until her passing.
* Highly resourceful regarding handy-work and can repair almost anything given the time and resources.
* Lifetime of experience owning, raising and caring for animals. (i.e., dogs, cats, exotic birds and fish)
* Great with kids since I have had extensive experience as a music instructor and private tutor.
* Independent, goal oriented, hard working, versatile, highly organized and detail oriented individual.
