ABOUT ME

I like to run, jump and climb.

I'm a pretty relaxed person, I like adventure.

I love having friends around (new or old) and playing board games with some drinks (beers, wine, cocktails, tea... I don't mind what) or going to picnics and other free/cheap entertainment (Perth has a lot of free concerts, outdoor cinemas and things in Summer, if you know where to find them)

PHILOSOPHY

Big things should be climbed.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I heard about couchsurfing while I was in Cambodia and made an account. When I got home I hosted about 15 people over the next couple of months.

I then had a Europe /Western Asia trip where I couchsurfed a bit, and surfed once in one of the towns along my 1000km hike back home.

Now I'm about to move back into my house and would love to start hosting again! So much fun :)

Parkour and urban climbing, board games, fun runs in fun outfits, hitchhiking, travel in general (of course), cooking and baking, renovating...

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

- Hiked 1003km through South-West Australia, along the Bibbulmun Track
- Hitch-hiked from Perth to Sydney, starting with nothing (no clothes, wallet, phone, etc) on a nude beach.
- Solo motorcycle trip around Cambodia.
- Saw the pyramids of Giza, Victoria falls, the Eiffel tower, the Grand Canyon, Hagia Sofia, Stonehenge... before I turned 10. Made me pretty hard to amaze :p
- Hand made a chainmail shirt, including making the rings. Over 100 hours of work.

I would love to learn Spanish.

I feel like I don't have much to teach, but that probably isn't true.

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

I struggle a lot with cooking a single meal - if I'm going to bother cooking I make a big pot/dish. I can share some meals with you (I don't work so much, so can't really afford to make it all meals).
Travel stories, anecdotes about interesting jobs (I avoid the typical office job - I've been a park ranger, lived and worked on Rottnest Island, worked in airport security, been a 'postie' (motorbike postal delivery)...
