ABOUT ME

I have had a passion for travel from ever since i can remember. I am a layed back and fairly down to earth personality, i dont let to many things bother me. I was born in Western Australia but moved to Queensland when i was 2 and grew up on a nature reserve in the Hinterland close to the beach. I have spent the best part of my travels so far doing volunteer work in various African Countries and hitchhiking around Europe. I have enjoyed this alot as i was able to make friends with the locals rather than just a short visit where you see whats there and then move on.

take it as it comes. Let trees fall on your path, it is these diversions that make for a momorable ride.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i have only hosted a few people, but i would love to host more. so i have mainly surfed with other people, but it is all about the favourbank so soon i will be able to help out others in need of a place to crash and meet some lovely locals even if it is not right now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

so far i have had only excellent experiences each one being so different! and that is what i believe it is all about.

ok first of all i would have to say traveling and passionately experiencing what the world has to offer, it is a huge place out there! along with this i love photography, bodyboarding, anything that gets the heart pumping weather it be just tame sports or extream/adventure sports

Music i listen to almost anything but preferably more on the chill-out or jazz side with artists like beautiful girls, Xavier Rudd, Josh Pyke, Jack Johnson, Kenny G, Coldplay, Bob Marley.

One of the craziest things i ever did was in South Africa at the Bloukrans Bridge when i Jumped 216m off this bridge while only attached to a bungee cord! The feeling experienced is unexplainable.

i can teach you how to boil water! no actually i am generally a good cook with the right ingredients. I have no specific skills but i am sure to be able to teach anyone something.
