ABOUT ME

I like meeting interesting people and learning/ experiencing new things. I enjoy talking about what drives someone - passions, interests, curiosities, goals, dreams etc or the big topics in life and all the mystery. I spend a lot of time learning and pondering about it all. "I keep my feet on the ground and my head in the clouds" - a line from a song which I think fits me well. I'm a very curious, spontaneous, open minded and easy going person. Buy the ticket, take the ride, enjoy the journey! :)

PHILOSOPHY

To try to live in the here and now, to be present as much as possible... also to use my short time here on earth as effectively as I can to allow myself to keep developing/ evolving. This means new challenges and experiences... learning new skills and getting out of my comfort zone when I start getting too comfortable. I try to live a positive, creative life and be kind to everyone I meet as we're all one big family under the same sun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I really want to try surfing but I'm scared of sharks so couches seem safer. I've not had a couch surfing experience yet so hopefully I can find some people who are willing to help me out. I am a very humble person and so would definitely appreciate the generosity!

兴趣

Music - I love to sing and have been playing drums and percussion for 17 years now. I'm very open minded and love to share with others and get new influences and inspirations. On the same basis, becoming more open musically has given me a respect for other cultures and languages. I have an appreciation for life in all it's forms, this includes being interested in science and experiencing nature but also being interested in different ways of being and living and unique people with special skills and talents. By understanding others this can better help me to know myself and how I want to live.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Flying past the Himalayas on my way to Hong Kong and seeing the summit of Mount Everest out of my window is a moment I'll never forget. Equally as wonderful was the year I spent living in Hong Kong after I moved there alone without knowing anyone

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

I often travel with instruments - percussion and guitar... so I'd be happy to play or jam with anyone. I have a sketchbook and art materials too.
