About Me

ABOUT ME

My friends and I have started a bucket list a few years back. We've accomplished quite a bit during that time. As a group, we've completed a marathon, went skydiving, spent New Year's Eve in Time Square, crashed a wedding and made a toast to the couple at their reception. Still makes me nervous thinking about it. We've all spent a weekend out in Vegas. As apart of that Vegas trip, we had to make a bet of $1000. Two of the guys made bets and both won. I chickened out. We're also attempting to watch a baseball game in every stadium. We spent last April going to the five baseball stadiums in California. There's more, but I think you get the idea of what my friends and I are about.

We also enjoy road trips. We tend to travel in a bunch of 4-6 guys, which I know may be overbearing and asking someone to house that many dudes doesn't necessarily seem like an easy task to find places to sleep. But as long as there is floor space, we're all good.

We do have some plans of road tripping in 2014. We intend to visit the wonderful city of Davenport, Iowa in early February and we plan on taking a trip down to Talladega from Minnesota. So we'll be looking for places to stay along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done in the last couple of years are two things. I moved from Minnesota to Orange County, California for a job transfer. I have since moved back to Minnesota after spending a wonderful year out in California. The other is skydiving. Out of everything on our bucket list, (there are 50 items), skydiving was the one thing I was dreading. I'm extremely afraid of heights, but proved to have enough courage to do it. Even if the tandem instructor had to push me out of the plane. :)
