About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To get lost. To find myself all over again. To tell a good story.

ABOUT ME

I'm an entrepreneur, writer, and lifelong student. I work for an nonprofit that helps students from around the country fall in love with code. I spent most of 2014 traveling thanks to two study abroad programs -- one in Hong Kong and one at sea.

PHILOSOPHY

I have to revert to some wisdom a close friend once told me:

"Take your life and run.

Run, and don't stop until you have nowhere else to go.

Don't waste your life, and absolutely brilliant things will become of it.

Just don't stop running.

Ever."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm an adventurer. I want to explore the world and do interesting things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014, I circumnavigated the globe -- and then some -- by plan, train, boat, and automobile. In total, I'll have traveled more than 60,000 miles. I actually decided that the best way to go from Asia to London was to take the transsiberian in third class from Vladivostok to Moscow, haha. That was an experience....
