ABOUT ME

What's up?

I'm a writer, musician, yogi, marketing manager, and lover of the world! I live in Denver, grew up in NY, lived in Austin for 4 years and spent the last decade traveling around the world and playing music.

Now, I'm finishing a novel, doing marketing for a psychology organization, practicing lots of yoga, and meeting all the cool people of the world : )

My world is a huge ball of music, art, words, people, and adventure. I want to meet YOU.

I play guitar, sing, and jam piano. If you're a musician, definitely come by Denver and jam. If you're not a musician, definitely come by Denver and jam.

Oh yes, and I'm one of those firm believers of "you can do anything."

I just looked at this after editing my profile a year ago and there are just too many musicians, books, movies, etc to keep updated : ) Life is crazy.

Music - Many Many...but favorites are Citizen Cope, Donny Hathaway, Muse, Saosin, Chopin, Nina Simone, Sam Cooke, India.Arie, Idan Raichel, Envy on the Coast, Jason Mraz, Mumford and Sons, Avett Brothers, Of Monsters and Men, Amos Lee.. there are just too many more.

Movies - Many, many more. Favorites are OldBoy, Gladiator, LOTR, Big Fish (all Tim Burton films), Wes Anderson Films...ahh and so many more.

Hanging with a little 3-year-old Italian girl sitting on my guitar case in Milan as I sang songs in English and she bopped her head and waved her hands back and forth while saying "grazie mile" and smiling.

Hmm... I can teach you how to write creative, weird stuff, make decent shrimp scampi, how to string a guitar and sing some songs and how to poorly fold a blanket.
