About Me

Still living at home in the 'Trose tucked away from Melbourne but still close enough to go in and out of the city with some ease.

In between uni pathways and currently just working. I've gone from studying philosophy to wanting to start environmental science in the next year.

I like to keep an open mind and my favourite activity has gotta be relaxing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel more and sometimes it's hard to get out of the typical hostel hop around. I've never participated in couchsurfing but it seems to be a great way to get to know others and also to know the area which you are travelling in more personally.

Interests

I like to eat an insane amount of food, which I balance out by going for long strolls. I like to be outside and patting random dogs I come by. I also like to point at and talk to dogs, whilst blatantly ignoring their owners.
I paint and draw and play guitar a lot in my spare time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I will go nuts over any B-grade sci-fi film or tv show, eg: Captain scarlet, they live, Logan's Run or corny 'horror' like the fly, them! or the blob. Other than that I can watch Seinfeld endlessly.

Music is something that I'm always too ecstatic to share or discuss. I like a whole lot of genres and am always eager and ready to listen to anything new. Generally, I like to listen to anything that's slightly experimental or cooky. Favourite bands would be: Animal collective, sun araw, the Beach boys, black dice, why?, slowdive, ween, can

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever experienced is going on a trek in the Himalayas. The rest of my life was overshadowed by that moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do pride myself on my ability to perform some strong banter, but I am prone to take it into the nonsensical zone where not even I know what I'm talking about anymore.

I can play guitar so I can teach a few basics things there. Other than that I do like to share different takes on the world and philosophical ideas.
