Overview
About Me
I’m an opportunist. I am always searching for my next free ticket else where. All of my travels came from my hard work, sacrifice, and the sweat on my brow. I grew up doing some really cool hobbies as a kid and still continue to chase anything and everything that interests me. I have a cliche wanderlust tattoo that suits me well haha. I work in the nonprofit sector and bartend on the side. I take the motto “work hard, play harder” to heart.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Looking to meet locals wherever I travel. It gives my travels a much more genuine experience. I treasure the network of relationships I have built across the globe and I look to continue building them.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love classic rock and folk rock, anything indie folk, or 90s rock/grunge.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved to Hawaii not knowing anyone and with only a few hundred in the bank account and made it work! I also hitch hiked on top of a diesel tank truck through the Philippines...but that’s another story.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn how to surf! I lived on an organic farming co op for a bit and cooked community meals from the farms yielding, so I am really good at creating meals from scratch. I would be more than happy to cook a vegetarian meal for ya or teach some tips!
What I Can Share with Hosts
A sense of adventure and openness to learning about different people, cultures, and life styles. I am a jack of all trades kind of person with many interests so I am always up for tagging along on an adventure.
