We love to travel and wish we could do more; we'll be working hard to make that happen. For now, we are able to plan two bigger trips each year.

I'm a safety director but maintain my registered nursing license, I'm also a retired volunteer firefighter after 20 years. Priscilla has been a dietary manager for the past 28 years and spends most her free time in her gardens.

We've been married for 25+ years, with 3 grown boys that are all in the trades. They have given us 4 grandchildren and we expect 2 or 3 more sometime down the road. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've come to realize that the best way to truly experience a new place is to immerse yourself into it...Couchsurfing allows for that immersion. This is not a new concept for me, my first solo trip was after high school when I hitchhiked from MN to southern CA for a month. Couchsurfing/floors worked then, I can't see why it won't work now.
