I hosted some lovely people whilst living in Verona. Returned to Australia September 2016 for the European winter, will be back in Europe 2017 when it warms up again.

兴趣

While in Verona I spent a lot of my time cycling around the place exploring, loved to ride to Lake Garda and lots of other places in the Veronese countryside. A bit further a field I cycled from Verona to Naples as a 70th birthday adventure trip. I also like Opera and looked forward to the new season at the Arena. Of course I like wining and dining too.

Bought a €100 bike with just 6 gears from a supermarket in Verona and cycled a 1000klm to Naples to celebrate my 70 birthday

l speak fluent English as I am born and bred. Conversational French and I am making slow progress with Italian but enough to get by

While living back here in Brisbane with family I can't host and not bothering to get a car for the 5 or 6 months I will be here before returning to Europe but I am happy to help out with info or show someone around the city.
