Love to travel, and although hotels can be nice, I prefer to be social and with locals who know the area so I that I can get an authentic experience of the place I'm visiting.

Love all sorts of music, especially the kind that makes you want to move!
I prefer movies and shows with interesting story-lines, even things like documentaries and sci-fi, but I would have to say my favourite is comedy, particularly stand-up.

I teach weekly Meditation classes in a Salt Cave at a Wellness Centre and am a Restorative Yoga assistant (wanting to be a teacher soon) offering hands-on Reiki and Sound Healing. I also have a blog on my website where I share the things I've learned on my personal journey.
