Currently in Vietnam 😃

Unfortunately I let life get in the way of travel through my twenties and only recently made the decision to quit my job, leave my loved ones behind and go walkabout.

I've been travelling since March and so far my journey has included Nepal, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. I've met some incredible people along my travels so far and look forward to opening my heart and mind further with the people I am yet to meet and the experiences I am yet to share.

I'm generally a very easy going and laid back kind of guy...tend to go with the flow. Not really into partying or raging but enjoy the occasional drink in a laid back atmosphere.

I've discovered that I usually enjoy the more remote, less touristic areas but also like to see the sights as well. Local advice is usually the best advice so if you have any suggestions for me, please shoot me a message. Especially if it includes where to get cheap, local food or visit lesser known areas.

I have a bike in Vietnam and Cambodia so my travel plans are very flexible and I look forward to seeing where the road will take me.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Primarily, I'm on couchsurfing to find a way to explore the world without breaking the bank. I'm sure I'll meet a lot of fascinating people along my journey and think couchsurfing would be a great way to meet local people and get an understanding of local culture and advice/recommendations.
