My wife and I love to travel, and when we do it typically revolves around Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, food, and beer. We also have a 12 year old pug.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year we had an amazing opportunity to go train and teach BJJ in Poland. The experience was life changing. The camp was 2+ hrs from anywhere and it was immersion in it's finest. When we go somewhere we want to experience it as locals do. We want to meet new friends from everywhere. And want to offer that to others as well. Staying in a stuffy hotel just doesn't allow the same opportunity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure I've done anything that would be considered "amazing" to anyone else. Winning a BJJ Masters (read old man) World Championship was pretty exciting. Meeting my wife was pretty amazing!
