About Me

I am always changing, but love and honesty are constant. Through personal health struggles I have found trememendous incentive to live this life in the grooviest way possible🌻

Music is big in my experience, did a lot of “Star-Spangled Banner” and fair performances growing up, lots of country music in those days. The materials taught me a lot about storytelling, and so I’ve had luck writing tunes in various genres since. Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Norah Jones, Lettuce, Dispatch, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Tash Sultana are all huge favorites of mine. Just played at the York County Jail last month, and a bit of an impromptu thing at the martini bar in Biddeford has been culminating as a regular Thursday night practice. Always having fun with that stuff…

I’m majorly into the discovery of wisdom, and am becoming lighter everyday – even if times are a bit rugged. It helps me to know something bigger is happening, and that everything is connected. ALL-WAYS in the present :))) …seeking out the threads of resolution which allow me to ride in a deeper resonance.

I also write. Fairly new to it, but I see my materials having potential in the public sphere. The most recent piece is called “Amicable Intelligence”, and speaks to perspectives of how we may bear witness and proceed in the advent of machine intelligence.

My health story is a bit of a trip, but thankfully seems to be finding some sort of resolution in these last few weeks. In stumbling onto stories similar to mine (universal reactor symptoms), I’ve discovered brain “rewiring” system solutions which have helped a great many cure what is hypothesized to be a limbic system dysfunction. I’ve started in, and am considerably more able to tolerate environmental factors of the chemical kind. Here’s a bit more info…

I have a lil’ pup named Gaia, pug-shitzu and she is SO awesome. Oddly enough, she came into our lives at a time when the folks and I weren’t tying along so well, but she’s been a healing force ever since she arrived. “The best stress medicine”, as my dad likes to say. She lives with the folks, and thankfully does not need to come with me.

I suppose that’s about it for now, everything prior to a couple years back sort of feels like a blur, still making sense of being brought up in this society I suppose. But I’ve grown to love and accept it – ultimately, I wish to be the change.

Thank you for the opportunities and consideration, and I very much so look forward to meeting!😀

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m not a particular authority on any given subject, though I can be artistic, and duly insightful in self-discovery processes. I love to learn, pretty much whatever - preferably in a holistic manner.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Relaxed vibes🌓sousing assistance, home repairs, resident wordsmith (songs, poems, adverts), etc. - I love to help with whatever’s within my means, and I’m quite an apt learner.

Countries I’ve Visited

Iceland, Mexico
