Overview
About Me
Living life with the mind, body, and soul in one motion.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a great way to travel and meet others on a first hand scale. I want to immerse myself into different cultures and religions. Alternatively, I want to be able to host others and provide a safe place for travelers to rest.
On a deeper level, I believe that we are all connected; we are all created from the same material, same energy, and we therefore will eventually die and become one once again... our energy shall reunite. I believe that if we have met in this lifetime, we have met once before... in a different life.
Interests
We live once but through books we may live a thousand lives. I enjoy spending time alone and getting lost in a good novel. As introverted as I may sometimes be, I love being outdoors. I've played tennis and rugby competitively. I am currently a powerlifter. I love sports, hiking, traveling, bicycling, taking photographs and videos (amateur), meditation & self reflection, meeting new people and deepening relationships.

Music, Movies, and Books
Interstellar and Inception are my all-time favorite movies. The Alchemist by Paulo Coehla was one of the books I read throughout my childhood that inspired me to seek my own "personal legend" and help others pursue theirs. I enjoy all music, for music comes from the heart and soul of a person.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
(1) Travel alone throughout Europe and Africa for three months
(2) cliff dive in Italy even though I'm a sinker
(3) zip-lining in Madagascar
(4) hike/climb Mt. Vesuvio (active volcano)
