ABOUT ME

I have done a fairly limited amount of traveling (of course it's all relative) but I would say that what I have done is pretty extreme. I love going to new and exciting places, meeting new and wonderful people, and learning about new and different cultures. I'm a very easy going person who doesn't mind letting the wind guide me from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Mali was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Getting to know the people and the culture was so eye opening and it really helped me expand my understanding of how different cultures can be, yet at the same time have many similar roots and beliefs. Seeing the edge of the Sahara desert will always stick out in my mind, as well as further south in the Sahel, the random outcroppings of towering rocks and cliffs amidst the mostly barren flat desert.
