ABOUT ME

I'm 36 and am set to arrive in Thailand soon. I'm mostly fruitarian, meaning all my meals are made of fruit, and I enjoy a large salad for dinner. Thailand is a fruit paradise, and I want to explore whether the country or another tropical country is right for me to settle in.

I'm a Pearl Jam fan and listen to lots of indie (Neutral Milk Hotel, The Shins) and classic (The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel) bands.

My favorite movie is "Into the Wild." "American Beauty," "The Royal Tenenbaums" and "The Natural" are up at the top of the list as well.

My favorite book is "On the Road"—after "The 80/10/10 Diet," of course.
