I have found that people are generally good. I believe that out of fear most of us don't do enough to enjoy the time we are given (self definitely included), but it is all of the little things that make our lives interesting.

I have hosted and surfed and met others without surfing or hosting. The overall experience has been fantastic.

Movies: Wide range from classic to cheesy.
Some of my favorites include Requiem for a Dream, Memento, Existenz, Bourne Identity, Goodfellas, Donnie Brasco, Pi, Young Guns 1/2, Rush, Point Break, Bloodsport, The Naked Gun, I Robot.

Will also watch foolish movies like You Got Served or Fast and the Furious. Recently watched more Clint Eastwood westerns and Dirty Harry series.

Music - range of everything from rock to electronic to country to hip/hop to rap. Mood will generally dictate the music I choose to listen to at a given moment.

Comedy: Mitch Hedberg RIP

Books: One of my favorites is The Alchemist.
Has been mostly textbooks in the recent past.
