2) For those looking to stay:
a - My two big dogs shed and are very in your face and needy. I have a cat who doesn't really shed, and is a jerk. She's a cat... If this bothers you at all then I'd say look somewhere else.
b - Parking is on the street. There's also a bus line literally 100 ft from my front door.
c - I have keycoded doors so you can come and go as you please, just make sure you lock the door.
d - I'm super busy. Both with work and play. On the weekends until the end of May I will be snowboarding so I'll be gone from 6am to 6pm.

ABOUT ME

I'm a structural engineer working from home right now because covid. I love it. The job, not the covid.
I have 2 big dogs and they're my children. I've also become a cat's bitch so...
I love to sing and play guitar and I'm always listening to music.
I do like to party, but I also like to take in local culture wherever I am as well as do more nature type things. I want to experience it all.
I also paint and draw and have had the wonderful opportunity to make money from my art. It's humbling that people want my artwork enough to buy it!

Live and let live. I'm very open and think everyone should be allowed to live their lives as they see fit as long as no one is being hurt in the process!
