I like being silly and cryptic and making non-sense make some level of sense. I really love making things, but I'm embarrassed by the cliche of what it means to make things. I like writing, reading, making music, trying to write articles, talking about big projects (capital P) and sometimes doing them, drawing, trying to try to learn coding programs (I'm trying to learn some basic R and python), big tanks, small fish, and living by the saying that 'worst things have happened to better people, but sometimes, on the occasion, better things have happened to worse people.'

I also like the idea of reading the paper everyday and having at least four avenues of news filtered in through different sources and varying levels of the spectrum through a tube connected to your belly every morning. But this hasn't happened yet, and I'm barely making it to once a week the old way, but hope is important so I don't lose it. Anyway, I really love people and hanging out with them, and I like making friends and keeping them for ages so you both wake up one day realizing you've been friends for a thousand years and there is no going back now.

I would love to meet some people that live in the place I'm going too so I don't just get the 'tourist' experience, whatever that is. People love to talk about the inauthentic experience of a tourist. So I'd love to just throw that one out of court dramatically and have a wonderful time with some wonderful people. So please let me slouch on your couch, pretty keen to criticize tourist culture together, while basking shamelessly in all the tourist hot spots.
