I work with investors to buy, fix, and sell real estate. I also write books about investing and how to be happier in life. It’s a lot of fun and apparently it's working, as I’ve been featured on CNN... one time (no autographs please, haha).

Outside of work, I like seeing live music at a small venues where the musicians are so close that I could reach out and play the guitar. If I could challenge a friend to a game of racquetball everyday, I would. And I have fun cooking chicken tikka masala for friends.
