ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Florida and grew up in the typical suburban lifestyle. I never really ventured out to explore the world until I tried the 9-5 version of productive American life and became dissatisfied. Stress and money pressures made me bitter and unhealthy, so one day I decided to change. I took a trip to Thailand by myself and lived there for a couple of months in Chaing Mai to experience total cultural immersion. I really learned a lot about how to appreciate the prosperity of American society, but being there created more questions than answers for me about who I was and my lifestyle choices. I learned that everything is a choice and we have the ability to change anything that we do not like about our lives. I decided to put aside sitting behind the computer, close my business and learn to farm. Sustainability is now more of a guiding principal in my life. I moved to Colorado, took a Permaculture design course and I am still actively promoting Permaculture, Sustainability and conscious living. I have lost 70 lbs eating organic food and working outdoors and now I live a virtually stress free lifestyle and can say I am happy.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to serve others and the earth - the only real fulfillment I have ever experienced is in a selfless role. I use nature as a metaphor for constant change and growth.

I am always learning and teaching. I love to share knowledge and inspire new minds into a healthier way of thinking. My goal is to start a spiritual healing center that focuses on sustainability and farming to help alleviate the societal problems of addiction and other problems that arise from a lack of self worth.

Working with rescued elephants in Thailand really reaffirmed my psychic connection with animals and nature. I always knew I had an intuitive side, but elephants have a very powerful psychic aura that cannot be explained until you spend some time with them. They become like family in a short period of time.
