About Me

Enthusiastic about movement. I love to see people utilizing the outdoor exercise equipment in Vietnamese parks!

I’ve been carrying 40l of stuff (frisbee anyone?) for 13 months all around SE Asia. So far my journey has brought me to Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.

I love acroyoga and would love to share this fun and accessible practice with you!

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
My taste in music is mood-dependent. I have playlists for singing in the shower, studying and working out. My favorite artist is Mac Miller. Always open to new stuff but usually when I have headphones in, I'm listening to an audiobook.

MOVIES
The Fifth Element, Zootopia, and anything with Jim Carrey.

BOOKS
My favorite authors are Robert Greene (Daily Laws), Joe Dispenza (Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself), and Yung Pueblo (Clarity and Connection).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summer of 2021, I spent 2 weeks sea kayaking in Alaska with a stranger from Reddit. We flew into Anchorage, took a train to Whittier and then a ferry to Valdez. From there, we kayaked 100 miles back to Whittier, sleeping in hammocks and exploring seemingly untouched landscapes. It was challenging and unforgettable!

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe everyone has something to share. Either you are teaching or learning, but there is always knowledge being passed around.

I can shoot water out from between my palms, l I’ll show you how in a pool 😂

Working on my handstands… if you’ve got any tips I’m listening!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My favorite hobby is acroyoga. This partner yoga activity just requires two willing participants and an open space. There are many poses that a beginner can learn and I've been described as a "sturdy base" and consider my knowledge on this practice to be intermediate!

Also I would be thrilled to share a nice meal at a restaurant you recommend!
