About Me

I live in San Francisco and do computer programming. I am about to embark on a weeks long trip through Europe, the first time I've ever traveled overseas that was not with family or for work/school. Very excited!

I love to go on adventures and meet new people. The Earth is so freaking huge, and I wish to see as much of it as I can

I firmly believe most humans are awesome people, so I like to meet them.

Places I really want to go:
Europe (all of it)
Australia (3 hour layover did not count)
Nunavut, Canada
Costa Rica
Antarctica
Mars (I'm serious)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Pretty new to this, and not presently in a situation where I can host people, but I hope that will change soon!

I hung out with a great deal of CSers during a 4 week stint living in Wellington, New Zealand, and had a great time. Tried CS while staying in San Francisco, and it was also great!

Interests

I am an avid swing dancer and astronomer. Most of my free time is spend either dancing to music that was a hit before your mother was born, or looking up at the night sky through a telescope.

Teach, Learn, Share

Did you know there are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on every beach and desert on Earth?

Estimates suggest there are around 100 Million to 20 Billion "potentially habitable" planets in our galaxy.

There is a giant moon-sized sphere of solid iron located about 2,000 miles below your feet. It's liquid iron exterior is slowly rotating, generating a magnetic field that prevents you from dying of solar radiation every time you step outside.
