ABOUT ME

Traveling for myself isn't always just a vacation but a way of life. I travel alot for my job all over the United States. at the age of 25 I only have a few states left to experience. My hopes are to get into more International business and experience more from other cultures. while I travel for work or leisure, i take in all of my surroundings and try to experience as much as I can. I am a HUGE food enthusiast and that is always a big part of my travel experiences. Trying to live and fit in with locals is always my objective. I am not big on big tourist traps, the backroads is where i travel.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

First my door is always open. Living in small town Iowa might not be the most exciting for most. But if anyone is interested i would make the most out of your experience. I always would like to meet more people through my travels, I enjoy the education i receive through people from other countries. I believe couchsurfing is perfect for my "backroads traveling" and learning more from all the cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am just starting couchsurfing but I plan on using it frequently from the beginning. I am doing a 12 day backpacking trip through the Fjords of Norway on May15-27 2013. I hope this website will help me get in contact with people that can help me experience Norway. I would love a traditional homecooked meal.

Skiing and hiking the rocky mountains, 48 hrs weekend get aways to interesting US cities. driving the backroads of all the states I have been in the United States. There is always something to discover in every state.

Like i said before, traveling is a great learning tool. it gives you such an open mind and accepting people of all nationalities. people that don't leave their comfort zone of their towns tend to be alot more narrow minded on their opinion of different types of people.
