ABOUT ME

Laid-back bicyclist revolutionary who dances between Chicago and Urbana-Champaign because I'm currently in my second year of law school. I've been all sorts of things before law school: DJ, graphic designer, IT support, really anything. Call it indecisiveness if you wish, I call it wanting to experience everything life has to offer, although I prefer a few close friends rather than tons of random acquaintances as I can be a little quiet at first and love to hear people's experiences and stories.

I'd like to make other people feel welcome how I can as they get around through the world as well as help share my experiences with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

WOW.

So my first real CS experiences really happened while I am/was in Japan summer of 2010 for an internship. Not knowing many people in the city, I immediately turned to CS to help me get to know at least the transients if not a few of the locals who are open to meeting new people!

Things I've gotten to do so far because of CS: Hiked 16km at Mt. Takao, crossing three different prefectures, rocked it out in Tokyo's oldest amusement park, enjoyed a craft beer night, stayed up all night partying in Roppongi, cheered on the Tokyo Swallows, biked around the Imperial Palace, woke up underneath the Tokyo Tower, sang Utada Hikaru, PUFFY, and Eminem in Hachioji... and many more plans are in store.
