The most important thing to me is traveling. I am slowly making my way around the world. I am a pretty easy going and relaxed person who's up for almost anything and believes life is meant to be lived.

I am currently living in New Zealand but had previously spent 2 years living in South Korea teaching. Now I am on to Australia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on here to find an affordable way to do all the adventuring my heart desires. It's been a while since I have couchsurfed through the website. But I am back again ready for new experiences and adventures. To meet the generous and welcoming people who open up there homes to us traveler. You guys are rock stars!

Interests

I really love the outdoors and this beautiful planet we live on. These days I spend most of my time climbing and hiking but when I am not doing that you can find me listening to an audiobook or watching something (usually educational) on YouTube and TikTok(seriously considering deleting that app as I have a problem).

My love of history usually leads me to museums on my travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am in to a lot of indie and alternative music, but pop is my guilty pleasure.

I've read a lot of classic Brit lit and any non-fiction I read is usually hiking related.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oof... What should I mention here? My favorite travel story is the "Alaska Dudes" story but it's way better told in person.

And oh yeah I did walk over 2,000 miles (~4000km) from Mexico to Canada. That was kinda cool. During those 51/2 months I did all the things you're parents tell you not to do like hitchhike, stay with strangers and eat mayonnaise that hasn't been refrigerated for who knows how long.

Traveling isn't just about the destination it's the people. Over the years, I have met so many awesome people. Without them I wouldn't have any interesting stories.

I am extremely outgoing person, I have lots of stories to tell. I would love to hear some of yours as well!
